Clarence Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy proven leader with 25+ years of experience as a Network Engineering Advisor and Program Director in Information Systems Security. He has a demonstrated history of working in the IT and professional services industry for the Department of Defense Intelligence Community. Mr. Kennedy is skilled in IT service management, systems integration and solutions development, and Information Systems Security management. Clarence is experienced in IT service roadmaps that orchestrate business plans with highly effective results. Additionally, he is cleared at the TS/SCI level.
Clarences’ most recent position as the Director of Information Systems Security led to a successful Command Cyber Readiness inspection while also generating annual revenues of $25 million and above. As the Information Systems Security (ISS) Director, he was tasked with securing enterprise systems and continuous monitoring and compliance of more than 100+ DoD information systems worldwide. Mr. Kennedy was responsible for more than 75 team members, leading customer-facing meetings and corporate initiatives and advisor to cross-functional frameworks. Clarence led focus teams internally for Service Level Agreement (SLA) attainment, cybersecurity strategy, security-driven technology insertions, and automation advancement.
As a program lead in network engineering technologies, he applied extensive technical expertise and full relevant knowledge to develop technical solutions to complex problems, which required regular use of ingenuity and creativity. He guided the successful completion of major programs and functioned in a project leadership role. Mr. Kennedy exercised considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments, reviewed completed work from relatively long-term perspectives for desired results.
